PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth officials say a shooting occurred inside an apartment in Portsmouth early Sunday morning.
The call came in at around 3:30 Sunday morning at Charlestowne Apartments on Darren Circle.
No injuries have been reported at the moment.
The incident remains under investigation.
