NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk dispatchers said an investigation into a reported shooting on Sheppard Avenue revealed the victim’s gunshot wound was self-inflicted.
Norfolk dispatchers didn’t have details on the person’s injuries or circumstances in the case, but said they got a call for the reported shooting in the 1300 block at 10:13 p.m.
