NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A 15-year-old was found dead Sunday night in the Young Terrace neighborhood, police say.
Norfolk Police say they responded to the 500 block of E. Brambleton Avenue around 10 p.m. and found the young man dead at the scene.
